About Me

My name is Heather and I have been practicing therapy since 1995. I deeply respect the incredible capacity within each of us to heal pain and create emotional freedom. The unique wisdom necessary to guide this healing is encoded within our bodies. As a therapist and healer, I encourage people to discover how to tune in and listen to that wisdom, allowing self-trust to gently unfold.  Throughout this process, I act as part guide, part midwife, part cheerleader to support those who work with me to uncover and reclaim their authentic selves. As we explore together to discover where the binds and unresolved hurts that hold us back inside, my role is to hold each person with compassion and dignity and to honor the unique radiance of each soul’s journey.

How It Works

Phone Interview

We will gather info, answer questions, and schedule a first appointment.

Preparing for Sessions

I will send New Client forms to you to complete before we meet for the first time.

First Sessions

We will discuss the things you want to focus on and identify a plan to achieve your goals.

Ongoing Sessions

We will use a variety of approaches to facilitate meeting your goals, including active reflection, somatic scanning, and mindfulness.
